The Delaware County Local Interagency Coordinating Council provides
opportunities for parents, community organizations, service providers, and
other interested parties to collaborate in the provision of quality services
and resources for young, non-school age children who are at risk for or
currently demonstrate developmental delays.  A child care stipend is
available for families who wish to attend.  Reimbursement forms are
available at the meetings.
